Mr. Hitchcock has more than 7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and is responsible for originating, underwriting, marketing, and closing debt & equity financing for commercial real estate. He has completed the capitalization of a broad range of assets including multifamily, office, retail and industrial properties. Transactions have included arranging conventional permanent long-term financing, short-term bridge financing, mezzanine debt, and equity joint ventures with a variety of lenders and investors.

He has been with NorthMarq Capital since he joined the Houston office in 2005 after working with CBRE Capital Markets. In addition to his responsibilities at NorthMarq, Warren is an active member of a number of organizations including: Urban Land Institute (ULI) where he has served on numerous committees, Association of Commercial Real Estate Professionals (ACRP) as a current board member, NAIOP as a committee member, and is a CCIM candidate. Warren holds an undergraduate degree from The University of Arizona in Tucson, AZ.
